Unfortunately, as modern-day technology has evolved, many of us have lost touch with who we are as humans or where we came from.

We no longer eat whole, nutrient-dense foods, we don’t get any exercise or restful sleep, and we don’t keep or even try to make real-life friends.

Instead, we eat mass-produced, chemical-laden food wrapped in plastic.

We wake up in a state of anxiety to a blaring alarm and shove food down our mouths as fast as possible to account for the traffic we will inevitably sit in to make it on time to our fluorescently lit offices where we spend most of our daylight hours.

Then, we sit and stress in the same traffic, just to get home to gorge on another unhealthy dinner followed by snacks while watching TV and scrolling “social” media all through the night just to do it all again tomorrow.

We aren’t meant to live like this.
